This cutie is officially two years old!  He has been telling people that he is two for the last few months, but now I don't have to correct him.  This little man has such a personality.  He is so much fun and such chaos all at the same time.  He is a ball of energy that can turn into a hug in an instant.  His smile and laugh are contagious and his screams can be ear splitting.   His emotions can change so quickly, sometimes that is good sometimes bad.  This kid has an appetite like I have never seen before.  He eats constantly, always asking for a snack. He eats oatmeal almost every  morning for breakfast.  He loves to "shoot", play basketball, "throw", play catch, "truck", drive any of his cars.  He has finally started talking quite a bit.  Everyday he spits out a few new words.  He still loves his binky, blanket, and doggy, they go everywhere with him.  He does so well with babysitters and at nursery and the gym.  A year ago I never thought I would be able to say that, it is amazing how much can change in a year.  He loves to play outside at the park or the backyard.  He has gotten pretty good at his scooter and loves to climb up the slide and slide back down.  He is a happy and healthy boy and we couldn't ask for much more, except for maybe to have him sleep in past 6:30 am.

For his birthday we went to McDonald's for lunch with my parents and sisters.  My kids think the only time you go to McDonald's is for someone's birthday.  Grandma even got all the kids an ice cream cone.  After nap time we ate dinner and opened presents and went swimming at Nana and Pops house and then cousins came over for cake and ice cream.  He loved all of his presents, especially all of his dump trucks and diggers.  I would definitely say he had a good day and we all had a lot of fun celebrating him.  I can't believe he has already been a part of our family for two years.  he is such a joy and helps round out our family.
